The dealer argued that they were unaware the front windshield had been replaced. The court explained that, as a professional automobile dealer, the seller should have inspected the vehicle’s condition. The dealer’s failure to fulfill this obligation resulted in losses for the consumer, and thus, the dealer is liable for compensation.
