Common scenarios include: someone says, \u201cI was assigned by my company to work as a salesman in Huhehaote, but the company is based in Nanjing.\u201d Others might say, \u201cI work in construction, and my company is in Beijing but assigned me to a project site in Huhehaote.\u201d In such cases, you need to determine with whom you signed the employment contract. If the company in Beijing signed your labor contract and the seal on the contract belongs to a Beijing Company or Nanjing Company, then you should file your claim in Beijing or Nanjing.
