昨天美国总统特朗普发布了一项行政命令,把留学和移民美国的圈子搅得是天翻地覆。 他这个行政命令规定,每个H1B签证的雇主要向美国政府支付10万美元,才能申请一份H1B签证。 这个申请费在之前是1000美元一份,也就是说川普直接把这个申请费提高了100倍。 H1B签证是我国留学生毕业之后留在美国就业移民的一个主要途径。 那么这个行政命令一出来,基本上就把这条路堵死了。 我们设想一下,什么样的美国工作会需要一个外国留学生,刚毕业不久的外国留学生来从事? 而且雇主为了雇这样一个外国留学生,愿意向美国政府支付10万美元,这样的工作几乎就没有。 那么接下来能够移民美国的路径,基本上也就是赴美生子,EB1,还有亲属移民。 再就是川普推出不久的川普金卡,目前是500万美金。 根据没有核实的消息,就是白宫目前还在考虑一项新的金卡移民政策,就是交100万美金,能够加速移民。 而且这100万美金是不退的,不像以前那个EB5,那个是投资之后,多少年之后退给你。 这个100万美金是纯捐赠,那么这个100万美金的所谓小金卡项目,最终能不能出台,这个还要等待美国政府的宣布。 我是徐州吕律师,如果你有移民美国或者投资移民拿小国护照的需求可以联系我。 如果喜欢我的视频,请点赞,订阅,转发和留言。
