律师为什么那么的喜欢庭外调解？经常有当事人委托律师发律师信然后联系对方当事人希望能和对方达成共识做一个庭外和解。遇到这样的情况律师都会全力的去推进这件事情然后争取双方能避免诉讼。有的当事人也有疑问就是如果是律师代理诉讼的话那会获得很高的律师费，律师会不会故意引导当事人诉讼甚至一审完了再让当事人打二审，这样不断的去赚律师费。最起码吕律师不会做。因为首先诉讼对律师来说消耗的时间精力是远超当事人想象的。所以如果能庭外调解，律师一定会去争取庭外调解，律师并不是像有些当事人想的一心就是为了钱，律师也有自己的道德上的考量，我是徐州吕强律师，如果你喜欢我的视频请点赞，关注，加收藏。
