如何去公安机关报案？律师在工作当中经常会遇到一些案件，如果没有公安机关的配合很难推进。律师收了当事人的钱是想为当事人做事的，但是律师在法院立案之前调查取证的权力有限，所以在很多情况下如果没有公安机关的配合案件就容易陷入僵局。报案必须要当事人本人到派出所或者是刑事大队去报案，首先要有刑事报案书，然后还要有证据，尤其是证据，绝大部分当事人不知道如何准备证据，最后报案没有能立案就是因为证据不足，首先所有的直接证据，比如和犯罪嫌疑人沟通的通话记录、视频等这样的证据该打印的打印，该刻入光盘的刻入光盘，然后如果有证人证言，需要把证人的身份信息还有电话号码提供给公安机关，然后像发票、转账记录这些涉及到金钱的证据材料也一定要交到办案民警的手中，办案民警在接到全套的材料之后一般在30天内要给出答复立案还是不予立案。我是徐州吕强律师，如果你喜欢我的视频请点赞、关注、收藏。
